You think the product has not met your expectations? Write to us and we will refund you the full purchase price. Conditions apply.
Conditions:

For reasons of fairness, we can only offer this guarantee for selected products and container sizes. These products have noted the information about the money-back guarantee in the respective product description. Please note that the money-back guarantee notice only applies to select container sizes.

Example: If the note on the money-back guarantee is displayed on the detail page of a 500ml bottle of a product (such as Bio Urine Attack 500ml), the guarantee does not apply at the same time to e.g. refill bottles (Bio Urine Attack 1 liter) or canister goods (Bio Urine Attack 5 liters) of this product.

Unless otherwise noted in the product, the money-back guarantee only applies once per customer for fully paid orders with a delivery address within Germany. This is necessary to avoid misuse.

You can only claim the guarantee by sending an email to info@specialcleaner24.de, sending your order number and stating your full name.

We reserve the right to refuse future orders from you for the same product.

The use of these rights is free of charge. Your statutory warranty rights and warranty remain unaffected. Further information can be found in our terms and conditions and in the instructions on the right of withdrawal.
